- What can I put in the dumpster?

The Dump King will dispose of most materials that are not hazardous such as construction debris, household junk, yard trimmings, etc. If you aren’t sure, just ask.

- What CANNOT be placed in the dumpster?

We DO NOT accept hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, motor oil or similar products, oil filters, herbicides and pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint, flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, tires, batteries, medical waste, fuels, etc. If you aren’t sure, just ask. We cannot accept refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners.

Dirt, rock, and concrete cannot be put in our dumpsters. Let us know if you need to dispose of these things, and other arrangements can be made.

-How full can I fill my dumpster?

For general waste, including household and construction waste, you may fill the dumpster to the top, but the material must not exceed the top edge of the dumpster; nothing can be sticking out of the top. We must be able to safely tarp the container and ensure that no material will fly out of the container as it is being hauled on the roadways.

Excess debris must be removed by the customer before the container will be removed from the site. Customers will be charged for The Dump King making a second trip to collect a dumpster that was uncollectible.

-Will it damage my driveway?

We highly recommend that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going. The Dump King will do our best to protect the surface too. Customer affirms that any right-of-way provided by the customer for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement site. We are not responsible for any damages to any private pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route necessary to perform the services contained herein and shall not be responsible for overhead objects such as electrical wire, overhanging rooflines or leaves, trees, etc.

-Does someone have to be there when the dumpster is delivered or removed?

It is preferred, especially if you have specific placement instructions. If you or a representative is unable to be present, we will use our best judgement and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the dumpster. If you aren’t present at the time of delivery and aren’t satisfied with the placement of the dumpster, you may call and ask for the dumpster to be relocated. Relocation fees of $75 will apply. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pick-up day; if the dumpster is inaccessible, the customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.

-What if I need change or cancel my order?

For changes or cancelations, give us a call at (903) 348-0347. All changes must be done one business day in advance to allow for processing.

-What if I need a larger dumpster?

Right now we only carry one size. There will be more sizes coming soon. If the dumpster you have rented has filled-up but your project/need is not complete, you will need to rent another dumpster. You will be charged for the additional dumpster.

-What if I need an extra haul?

You can have additional hauls with your order, but you will be additional charges each time we empty a dumpster. Each time we drop an empty dumpster, it is considered to be a separate rental.

-What if the driver comes for delivery or removal, and I am not ready for the dumpster to be dropped or removed?

If we arrive on the scheduled delivery or pick up date and you do not want the dumpster dropped off or removed, an additional $75 will be added to your order for the trip charge. To avoid this, please call us as soon as you know you need to change your drop off or pick up date, preferably one business day in advance.

-What if I need to keep my dumpster a longer length of time?

If you need it longer just give us a call. Additional charges of $50 per day may apply.

-Will I be charged for extra weight?

Yes, additional charges will apply if your weight is over the limit. Any weight exceeding the limit will be $50 per ton. Click here to see the limit for each dumpster.

-What are my payment options?

Debit and credit cards only. All other forms of payment are not accepted or must be approved prior to ordering.
